We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Engineer to join our team. This role involves designing, building, and maintaining scalable cloud-based systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cloud Infrastructure Management: Deploy, configure, and maintain Red Hat OpenShift clusters in on-premises and/or cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Automation and Scalability: Automate provisioning and scaling of OpenShift infrastructure and applications using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
  • DevOps Support: Manage CI/CD pipelines and container registries to support DevOps workflows.
  • System Monitoring: Monitor performance, availability, and security of container workloads and underlying systems.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot issues related to OpenShift components (pods, services, nodes, networking, ingress/egress).
  • Logging and Alerting: Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Splunk.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with DevOps, security, and application teams to define container best practices.
  • Security Maintenance: Maintain cluster security, including RBAC policies, TLS, secrets management, and vulnerability scans.
  • Incident Response: Participate in incident response, capacity planning, and performance tuning.
Required Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3–6 years of experience in Linux/Cloud/DevOps engineering, with 2+ years in OpenShift or Kubernetes platform management.
  • OpenShift Expertise: Proficiency in OpenShift 4.x, including Operators, Helm, Templates, and Routes.
  • Container Knowledge: Solid understanding of containers and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • CI/CD Tools: Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, Tekton, or ArgoCD.
  • IaC Tools: Familiarity with Terraform, Ansible, or other IaC tools.
  • Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Scripting Skills: Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or similar languages.
  • Networking Knowledge: Knowledge of networking, firewalls, load balancing, and DNS in cloud environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification: Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration (EX280) or equivalent certification.
  • Hybrid Cloud Experience: Experience with hybrid cloud OpenShift deployments (on-prem + public cloud).
  • DevSecOps Understanding: Understanding of DevSecOps, image scanning tools (e.g., Trivy, Aqua, Prisma Cloud).
  • Service Mesh Experience: Experience with service mesh (Istio, Linkerd) and API gateways (Kong, Ambassador).
  • GitOps Practices: Familiarity with GitOps practices and tools.
