Job Title: Finance Intern

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive finance intern to support our team in day-to-day financial operations. This is an ideal opportunity for candidates pursuing a career in finance or accounting to build strong foundations in a professional setting.

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and generating client invoices, ensuring timely payment.
  • Maintaining accurate records of billing and payment transactions, reducing errors and discrepancies.
  • Supporting daily bookkeeping activities, including journal entries and ledger updates, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
  • Reconciling bank statements, vendor payments, and client accounts, identifying potential issues and areas for improvement.
  • Maintaining and updating financial documentation and databases, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Assisting the finance team with audits and monthly closing procedures, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or recently completed B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent degree.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles, including financial reporting and analysis.
  • Familiarity with MS Excel, Tally, or other accounting software, enhancing data management and analysis capabilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring high-quality work products.
  • Good communication and organizational skills, facilitating teamwork and collaboration.
  • Eagerness to learn and take initiative, driving personal and professional growth.
