IP Management Professional

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IP Manager to oversee brand protection and e-commerce activities, manage enforcement efforts, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Brand Protection & E-Commerce Activities: Ensure timely and compliant takedowns with measurable results across marketplaces, domains, and social media.
  • Client Onboarding & Planning: Lead onboarding to ensure a smooth transition, set clear expectations, and establish brand protection strategies.
  • Operational Execution: Work closely with technical teams to deliver effective technical, enforcement, and customer-facing tasks.
  • Strategic Growth & Innovation: Drive initiatives in brand protection process improvement, new business models, and innovation.
  • Business Development: Partner with stakeholders to identify, research, and drive forward new leads, client relationships, and strategic partnerships.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in online brand protection, including takedowns on marketplaces, domains, and social media.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build trust with clients and stakeholders.
  • A Master's degree in Business and/or Legal, or equivalent experience.
