Job Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Solutions Professional to join our team in crafting innovative customer engagement strategies, demonstrating cutting-edge technology and platform solutions.

The successful candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the Technology/ITES vertical, driving business outcomes through tailored technology solutions, with experience in engaging at the C-level with Business and Technology groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic guidance on how enterprise companies can drive customer success through digital transformation.
  • Ability to identify business challenges by running successful discovery sessions and workshops.
  • Be an innovator who can develop new solutions using out-of-the-box thinking.
  • Engage with business users to build solution presentations, demonstrations, and prototypes.
  • Develop roadmaps that clearly articulate how partners can implement and accept solutions to move from current to future state.
  • Authoritatively present and articulate the business value to managers and executives of all levels.
  • Deliver functional and technical responses to RFPs/RFIs.
  • Work as an excellent teammate by contributing, learning, and sharing new knowledge.
  • Demonstrate a conceptual understanding of integrating cloud applications with existing business applications and technology.
  • Lead multiple customer engagements concurrently.
  • Be self-motivated, flexible, and take initiative.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on core proficiencies or the role.
  • Relevant years of confirmed experience in the Technology/ITES Vertical, either pre-sales or implementation of customer engagement solutions, supporting the sales cycle in selling CRM or high-value business solutions.
  • Strong focus and experience in pre-sales is required.
  • Experience in demonstrating Customer engagement solutions, understanding and driving use cases, customer journeys, ability to draw Day in life of across different LOBs.
  • Business Analysis/Business case/return on investment construction.
  • A broad understanding of and ability to articulate the benefits of Cloud Computing, SFA, Service & Support, Marketing, and Mobile solutions.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills with a focus on needs analysis, positioning, business justification, and closing techniques.
  • Outstanding presentation and demonstration skills.
