Job Overview

The Payments and Merchant Technology Quality Specialist II A will be responsible for collaborating with payments QA team to ensure seamless system integration testing and end-to-end testing is completed for new functionality releases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test complex service-oriented architecture-based applications.
  • Analyze business requirements and develop comprehensive test plans based on strategic objectives and design.
  • Perform rigorous Web Services and Message-Based Testing.
  • Fully automate Regression Suites for Applications using advanced automation tools.
  • Provide timely Defect and Status Reporting.
  • Support UAT and End-to-End Testing efforts effectively.

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in SOA and Web Services Service Testing with a proven track record.
  • Proficiency in Middleware Testing, Messaging Validation, and Virtualization knowledge of industry standards.
  • Proactive planning and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with adaptability.
  • Extensive experience in API testing using SoapUI, SOATest, or equivalent tools.
  • Good understanding of XML, SOAP, MQ, WSDL, and JSON Technologies.

Desired Skills:

  • Expert skills in Parasoft SOATest, SOA, Web Services, Web Methods, XML, SOAP, MQ, and WSDL.
  • Agile project lifecycle knowledge with the ability to apply it effectively.
