Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Solutions Trainer to join our team on a 6-month contract. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for building, managing, and delivering impactful certification programs for employees, partners, clients, and students.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams (Engineering, Sales, Professional Services) and external stakeholders to design and deliver engaging training sessions. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all participants gain a deep understanding of our digital solutions and can apply them effectively in their work.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for training and a proven track record of delivering high-quality programs. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication and presentation skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the software industry (preferably SaaS)
  • A deep understanding of our digital technologies, product functionalities, and integrations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
  • Proven experience in delivering high-quality training programs and achieving strong learner satisfaction
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
