We are now scaling to Bangalore and looking for passionate SEO / SMM Trainers to join our growing team.

JOB POSITION: SMM TRAINER and SEO TRAINER

JOB POSITION: SEO TRAINER

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Bangalore. As an SEO Trainer, you will develop and deliver SEO training sessions, create training materials, and mentor students. Youll ensure they gain strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, along with practical exposure through live projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct hands-on SEO training sessions with practical exercises.
- Teach keyword research, on-page/off-page SEO, technical SEO, and analytics.
- Create and update SEO training materials.
- Guide students on SEO tools & strategies.
- Assess progress and provide constructive feedback.

Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in SEO.
- Strong knowledge of ranking factors, site audits & analytics tools.
- Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, SEMRush, Ahrefs, and Moz.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills.
- Prior training/teaching experience is a plus.

JOB POSITION: SMM TRAINER

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Bangalore. As an SMM Trainer, you will train students in social media marketing strategies, paid campaigns, and content management. Youll ensure learners gain practical knowledge by working on real client projects and live campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct training sessions on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Marketing.
- Teach content planning, paid ads, campaign optimisation, and analytics.
- Create engaging SMM training modules & case studies.
- Mentor students to manage real client campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends & tools.

Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of paid advertising, content strategy & social media tools.
- Proficiency with Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills.
- Prior training/teaching experience is a plus.
