About the Role

This role involves overseeing the budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring of CAPEX to ensure efficient utilization of funds, adherence to financial guidelines, and alignment with organizational objectives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering month/quarter closure activities, performance reporting, forecasting, and annual CAM budget by effectively collaborating with various stakeholders across markets/businesses.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and deliver Month/Quarter Closure Activities, Performance Reporting, Forecast, and Annual CAM Budget by effectively collaborating with various stakeholders across markets/businesses.
  • Deliver meaningful, accurate, and timely in-depth business insights by forward-looking analysis and translating variances in financial and non-financial KPIs for senior leadership.
  • Tracking and monitoring of CAPEX projects for various parks/assets.
  • Driving profitability through margin governance and sustainable cost reduction initiatives.
  • Monitoring and improving internal controls and implementation of process improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations for communicating business insights to senior management.
  • Preparing analyses (model building, scenario testing) to support business decisions.
  • Coordinating with various functions like Procurement, Operations, and other departments.
  • Coordinating with Statutory, Internal, Concurrent, and Cost Audits.
  • Liaise with various stakeholders for closure of annual CAM audit reports.
  • Consolidation of MIS and various other reports at central level.
Requirements
  • Educational Qualification & Competencies:
  • Chartered Accountant with 5 to 7 years of post-qualification working experience with financial control, management reporting, and business analytics.
  • Advanced technical skills in Excel, ERP (SAP preferred), and PowerPoint experience with reporting & analytical tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to challenge and persuade senior stakeholders.
  • Develop high-quality, clear, and effective communications in a short timeframe.
  • Working knowledge in Ind AS and GAAP.
  • Process-focused and a good approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong attention to detail and consistent results with sharp analytical skills with huge data sets.
  • High level of self-initiative and resilience.
