Quality Assurance Professional

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in deliverables.

  • Plan, execute, and perform inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing deliverables to confirm quality conformance to specifications and quality deliverables.
  • Suggest solutions to identified deliverable problems.
  • Assist operations and local quality function in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels to meet goals/KPIs.
  • Investigate product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction. Collaborate with production team to achieve better results.
  • Develop or update inspection procedures to ensure that we're moving with the trend, as well as proper documentation and tracking of issues.
  • Monitor risk-management procedures, and maintain and analyze problem logs to identify and report recurring issues to management and discuss mitigations with the production team.
  • Interpret, build upon, and comply with company quality assurance standards.
  • Collect quality data by carefully maintaining issues and nonconformance processing through records and tracking systems, including root cause and corrective actions.
  • Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits.
  • Prepare and present reports and metrics to Senior Management.
  • Oversee continuous improvement projects to develop new standards for production and design, with improvements as needed, and create testing protocols for implementation across all services offered to the customer.
  • Pursue continuing learning/exploration on new solutions, technology, and skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have an exceptionally organized, methodical approach with experience necessary to take our deliverables to the next level with respect to accuracy and customer centricity.

  • Review content in non-English languages such as Asian Languages and European languages.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of testing best practices, version control practices, and defect management practice.
  • A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player.
  • Good time-management skills.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skill.
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and how QA functions within it.
  • Professional certification in Quality Assurance.
  • Knowledge of Content Quality Assurance Automation.
