Senior Full Stack Engineer

This is a six-month contract position with a leading technology organization.

We are seeking an experienced senior full-stack engineer to join a high-impact project that aims to modernize our legacy platform. The primary focus will be on migrating our legacy UI to Spring Boot microservices and hosting UI pages on AWS, while also driving code refactoring, upgrades, security, and resilience improvements, monitoring, and other operational enhancements.

Project Responsibilities:
  • Migrate legacy systems to a cloud-native architecture.
  • Upgrade legacy Java applications to secure and efficient Spring Boot applications.
  • Test, document, and quality-proof work to ensure software meets business needs.
  • Optimize deployment processes using CI/CD pipelines.
  • Troubleshoot issues and identify root causes.
  • Support production deployments, operations, and maintenance activities.
Requirements:
  • BS degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of Java, Spring, JavaScript, and related frameworks.
  • Experience working with AWS Cloud infrastructure and CI/CD practices.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
