Job Title: Piping Engineer Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Piping Engineer to join our team. As a Piping Engineer, you will be responsible for coordinating with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines.

You will also be responsible for ensuring the quality of work as per specifications and relevant quality standards, assessing project status, resolving technical issues, and ensuring adherence to safety standards.

Additionally, you will review piping and instrumentation diagrams (PIDs), select appropriate materials for piping systems based on project requirements, and collaborate with structural engineers to integrate piping systems with structural elements, ensuring compatibility and structural integrity.

As a Piping Engineer, you will create technical reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering is required.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5-12 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer in Piping is required.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of piping and structural integration.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in piping engineering with strong knowledge of ASME B31.3 standards.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Proficiency in creating professional presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable to piping projects.
