  • Knowledge Base: Develop and maintain detailed knowledge base articles and run books to support lower-level analysts.">
  • Network Optimization: Identify potential network issues and recommend improvements to clients' network environments, implementing proactive solutions to enhance network performance and security.">
  • Troubleshooting: Utilize advanced network troubleshooting skills to detect potential issues and propose enhancements for clients' network systems.">
  • Project Leadership: Lead and participate in network projects, including upgrades, configurations, and performance enhancements.">
  • Client Communication: Keep clients informed about the status of their network issues, providing timely updates and ensuring high client satisfaction.">

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience providing end-user and infrastructure technical support.">
  • Education: A degree in IT or related fields, or equivalent experience. Advanced certifications are a plus.">
  • Skills: Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting network systems, experience in Fortinet, Aruba, Cisco, and SonicWall technologies, knowledgeable in advanced network concepts, server operating systems, virtualization technologies, and cloud platforms.">
  • Certifications: Relevant IT certifications demonstrating advanced technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and leadership capabilities.">
