Job Title: Advanced Network Architect Job Summary:We seek a seasoned and proactive professional to oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of our network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of networking concepts, technologies, and protocols.This role requires a strong understanding of network architecture, security, and performance optimization. The selected individual will be responsible for ensuring seamless network operations, troubleshooting complex issues, and implementing upgrades and patches as needed. Key Responsibilities:
  • Network Architecture and Design: Develop and implement comprehensive network designs that meet organizational requirements and adhere to industry best practices.
  • Network Management and Maintenance: Oversee the day-to-day management of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Provide expert-level technical support to end-users for network-related issues, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal downtime.
  • Security and Compliance: Conduct regular network security audits and vulnerability assessments to ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
 Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 8-12 years of experience in network administration or a related IT field.
  • Strong knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP).
  • Proficiency with network hardware and operating systems.
  • Experience with network security principles and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well both independently and in a team environment.
 Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with network monitoring and management tools.
  • Scripting and automation skills.
  • Familiarity with cloud networking environments.
  • Knowledge of network virtualization technologies.
