Customer Centric Program Leadership Role

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a customer-centric leadership role, driving the success of our digital service offerings.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will act as the primary interface between customer project contacts and our service delivery teams. They will collaborate with various stakeholders, including sales teams, offering managers, and technical/application service teams, to establish and align on service offerings that meet customer needs.

They will oversee the development and implementation of detailed technology solutions for clients using company products, outsourced solutions, or proprietary tools/techniques. The role requires defining client needs, developing proposals to meet those needs, and overseeing the implementation of complete project solutions.

Key responsibilities include managing operational and product performance per customer expectations and contract, driving program execution to meet desired performance, and developing corrective action plans where performance is deficient.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or an IT-related field.
  • 5+ years of IT or software project management experience, preferably with industrial software and/or IIoT-service solutions.
  • Education in business accounting and/or sales experience (Sales or Service Engineer).
  • First leadership experience in an international, highly matrix organization (team or project).
