Business Development Manager

Job Summary:

  • We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts in the refining and petrochemical sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business growth strategy, focusing on identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and negotiation.
  • Manage tender documentation, including technical and commercial submissions, to drive sales success.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform strategic decision-making and identify emerging trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies, sales campaigns, and promotional activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Marketing, or related field; MBA is an advantage.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or tendering within the refining, petrochemical, or catalyst industry.
  • Strong knowledge of refinery operations and catalyst applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in tender documentation and proposal preparation.
  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.
