Job Profile

We are seeking a skilled Architect to lead our design development, coordinate with consultants and contractors, conduct site inspections, and ensure smooth project execution on a day-to-day basis.

Main Responsibilities

  • Design architectural solutions for various hospitality projects
  • Collaborate with consultants and contractors to achieve timely project completion
  • Perform regular site inspections to verify compliance with design and quality standards
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively
  • Communicate with clients and team members to ensure seamless project delivery

Necessary Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
  • Strong project management and coordination skills
  • Experience in hospitality, residential, or commercial projects is an advantage

Software Proficiency

  • AutoCAD for working drawings and detailing
  • SketchUp / 3ds Max / Rhino for 3D modeling
  • V-Ray / Lumion / Enscape for rendering and visualization
  • Photoshop / Illustrator / InDesign for presentation and graphics
  • MS Office / Google Workspace for project coordination and documentation
