We are seeking a highly skilled Global Congress Engagement Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and maximizing commercial customer engagements at global congresses through both physical presence, digital presence, and future hybrid formats.
This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your expertise in project management, digital marketing, and brand management to drive business growth and customer engagement.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing global events, as well as experience working with cross-functional teams to optimize multichannel customer engagement and efficiency.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Planning, executing, and evaluating global congresses
- Managing internal communications for assigned congresses in collaboration with stakeholders
- Optimizing multichannel customer engagement and efficiency for specific congresses
- Buiding and maintaining relationships with congress organizers and facilitating decision-making processes
- Reporting on congress performance across all platforms
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant area
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in project management, digital marketing, or brand management
- Strong expertise in digital and brand management as well as multiple channel engagement
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to identify target audience preferences and produce content to meet these preferences
