Senior DMPK Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DMPK Specialist to join our team.

  • This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional in the field of Drug Metabolism and Pharmacokinetics (DMPK) to lead our efforts in designing and executing studies to support antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) and monoclonal antibody (mAb) programs.
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quantification of biologics using LC-MS/MS, MSD, and ELISA platforms, as well as proficiency in advanced bioinformatics tools such as BioPharma Finder, MaxQuant, Spectronaut, and other relevant analytical software.
  • We are looking for someone with a strong foundation in DMPK principles, including PK/PD, toxicology, and translational sciences, who can apply innovative techniques for function-based identification and selection of ADC and mAb lead candidates.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for interpreting complex DMPK data and providing actionable insights to cross-functional project teams, as well as authoring and reviewing SOPs, study protocols, reports, and regulatory documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute DMPK studies to support ADC and mAb programs from discovery through IND-enabling stages.
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies for quantification of biologics using LC-MS/MS, MSD, and ELISA platforms.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams to address ADC-related challenges and deliver integrated solutions from target validation to IND submission.
  • Maintain a strong focus on DMPK profiling to ensure safe and effective therapeutic development.
Requirements:
  • M. Pharm (Pharmacology / Pharmaceutical Analysis) or M.Sc. (Biochemistry / Pharmaceutical Chemistry) with 12-15 years' experience, or Ph.D. with 5 years' experience.
  • Expertise in DMPK principles, including PK/PD, toxicology, and translational sciences.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent DMPK functions in internal and external meetings.
