Job Title: Senior Hardware Validation Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Hardware Validation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in power management, performance analysis, and hardware debugging.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute validation plans for hardware components and systems
  • Analyze and interpret data from various sources, including benchmark tools and power monitors
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve hardware issues
  • Develop and maintain documentation for validation procedures and results
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of X86 architecture and power management features
  • Excellent knowledge of CPU, GPU, and system architectures
  • Proficient in scripting languages such as Python or C
  • Experience with NI Daq and power monitors for precise power measurements
  • Good understanding of low power SOC, Power Management features, C States, P States, Sleep , Idle, Device power states
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with hardware lab tools, digital oscilloscopes, and other common lab equipment
  • Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems from a power perspective
  • Experience with thermal equipment, chillers
