Job Title: Lead Presentation Designer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Presentation Designer to lead our team in creating high-quality, engaging presentations that effectively communicate our message.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of presentation design work, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. They will be responsible for developing and maintaining presentation design standards, ensuring consistency across all outputs, and providing creative direction for structuring narratives and visual storytelling.

In addition, they will oversee motion and animation integration in presentations, ensure output quality across platforms, and organize skill-building sessions and reviews to upskill the team.

They will also act as the primary point of contact for presentation quality with internal teams, prioritize design requests based on business impact, and communicate tradeoffs clearly.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in presentation/visual design, with at least 2–4 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing a design team and delivering high-quality presentation outputs.
  • Deep expertise in PowerPoint (masters, custom layouts, animations, export settings), with strong working knowledge of Google Slides and Keynote.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality slide decks, storytelling, and data visualization.
  • Handson design skills in typography, layout, composition, and color.
  • Understanding of motion design principles and tools such as After Effects (preferred).
  • Strong stakeholder management, prioritization, and project planning skills.
  • Familiarity with performance management systems (e.g., Google Slides, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator, Figma or Adobe XD for templating/prototyping)
