Job Opportunity

A highly skilled Visual Communications Specialist is needed to create innovative visual solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and trends in both digital and print media.

Main Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality presentations, graphical brochures, and reports for internal organization within documents.
  • Design high-quality maps and diagrams based on GIS outputs.
  • Develop high-quality image renderings using industry-standard software.
  • Maintain effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Work flexible late hours when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer with a portfolio showcasing high-quality and innovative design work.
  • Experience in producing high-quality design work and managing larger creative projects with excellence.
  • A problem solver who can identify opportunities for improvement and streamline design processes.
  • Collaborative and communicative, able to work effectively alongside cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Organized and methodical, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
  • Proficient in industry-standard design tools (e.g., InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and experienced in using them to create diverse design solutions.
  • Strong understanding of graphic design trends and best practices in both digital and print media.
  • Excellent design and visual communication skills;
  • Accuracy and attention to detail is mandatory.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Prior work experience in urban planning/property sector.
  • Ability to work with AI software.
  • Experience in creating video presentations and web-pages.
