**Job Title:** Senior Visual Designer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Visual Designer to lead our creative team. As a Senior Visual Designer, you will be responsible for driving the creative vision and execution of our brand.

This role involves defining the design language, building brand guidelines, leading a small creative team, and staying hands-on with high-quality design work. You will create and oversee social media campaigns, emailers, presentations, and marketing collaterals that strengthen brand presence and deliver business impact.

The successful candidate will ensure consistent, compelling storytelling across all channels, while driving innovation and setting new creative benchmarks for the brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and define the brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all channels.
  • Lead and mentor a creative team (designers, writers, video editors, etc.) to deliver high-impact campaigns.
  • Design and oversee social media creatives, emailers, presentations, and marketing collateral.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create storytelling-driven campaigns that drive results.
  • Build and streamline creative processes and workflows for efficiency and timely delivery.
  • Stay ahead of design trends and tools, bringing innovation to campaigns.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions and inspire breakthrough creative ideas.
  • Balance hands-on design work with strategic leadership to ensure world-class execution.
Requirements:
  • 5-8 years of relevant creative experience in a brand / agency ecosystem. Exposure to a digital or consumer tech ecosystem would be preferred.
  • Complete knowledge and understanding of all relevant software & tools
  • Understanding of branding, typography, and layout principles.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media creatives, emailers, and marketing assets.
  • Basic knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects is a plus).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and creativity.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Creative story-teller, high on EQ.
