We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple research projects, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of results.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a technical role interfacing between research/engineering teams and customer-facing teams. They should possess a strong understanding of AI, machine learning concepts, and applications. Good analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to distil complex technical concepts for diverse audiences are essential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead and coordinate multiple applied research projects
  • Represent PIs and scientists in project discussions, summarise, document and manage the project
  • Work closely with multiple stakeholders across different organisations
  • Actively engage with internal and external stakeholders
  • Interface and engage with external organisations through reports, meetings and presentations
  • Help manage scope, timelines and quality of research output
  • Recommend tools, methods and processes to improve efficacy and efficiency of project tracking and execution

The successful candidate will be an integral part of our team, working closely with Faculty, Engineering and management teams to deliver high-quality results.

An ideal candidate will meet these requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Master's degree is preferred) or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience in a technical role interfacing between research/engineering teams and customer-facing teams
  • Basic familiarity with AI, machine learning concepts and applications
  • Good analytical skills
  • Ability to manage/understand cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to distil complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
