Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications. This includes designing, developing, and executing automated tests using preferred tools like Cypress or Selenium.
Main Responsibilities- Designing and implementing automated tests for end-to-end testing of web applications
- Utilizing bug tracking systems such as Jira or Azure DevOps for defect tracking, reporting, and resolution
- Understanding Agile methodologies and working within Agile development teams to drive quality assurance initiatives
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in QA automation, with at least 2-3 years in a lead role or as a senior member of a QA team
- Strong experience in automated testing using tools like Cypress (preferred), Selenium, or similar tools
- Leadership skills with the ability to guide, mentor, and grow a team of QA engineers
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools to automate testing workflows and integrate automated tests into deployment pipelines
