Job Title: Professional Caregiver

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional caregiver to join our team. As a professional caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our patients' well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health needs and develop personalized care plans to address their physical, emotional, and social requirements.
  • Care Planning and Implementation: Create and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient, including administering medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, provide education, and support family members and caregivers.
  • Maintenance of Patient Records: Accurately maintain and update patient records, ensuring that all necessary information is documented and accessible for future reference.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in nursing, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
