Job Overview

The role involves conducting thorough patient assessments, designing individualized treatment plans, and delivering physiotherapy interventions to help patients restore function, reduce pain, and improve quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop tailored treatment programs.
  • Deliver physiotherapy sessions using manual therapy, exercise therapy, and electrotherapy as necessary.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, posture, and preventive care strategies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for holistic patient care.
  • Participate in clinical discussions, training programs, and continuous learning initiatives.
Requirements
  • Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy (BPT / MPT).
  • Experience: 0–3 years (freshers with strong clinical knowledge are welcome).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Empathy, patient-centric approach, and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
