About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled .Net Developer to join our team at mid to senior levels.

  • This role is perfect for those with experience in designing and building new features using SCRUM/Agile and sprints.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with the engineering team to design and build new features, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and scalability.
  2. Improve and maintain current codebase to keep it fast and scalable, utilizing GitHub for version control.
  3. Identify and resolve technical issues through creative problem-solving.
  4. Take ownership of critical development tasks within a continuous integration and deployment setup.
  5. Leverage cloud services, containers, and virtual machines for infrastructure management.
  6. Review and enhance engineering processes to optimize efficiency.
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest .NET technologies and integrate them into our systems when beneficial, following Agile principles.

Required Experience:

  1. Proficient in .NET 8/.NET Framework.
  2. Strong understanding of building REST APIs with Web API.
  3. Hands-on experience with multithreading and parallelization.
  4. Familiarity with NoSQL databases (preferably MongoDB).
  5. Knowledge of SQL and relational databases (preferably MS SQL).
  6. Experience with designing high-performance and scalable services.
  7. Exposure to microservices and event-driven architecture.
  8. Understanding of cloud technologies (AWS preferred).
  9. Experience with Docker and container orchestration (ECS/EKS a plus).
  10. Ability to write and maintain unit, integration, and component tests.
  11. Good understanding of HTTP, caching mechanisms, and service discovery.
  12. Familiarity with modern communication technologies like gRPC and Apache Kafka.
  13. Problem-solving mindset for tackling complex technical challenges.
  14. Knowledge of in-memory key-value databases like Redis.
  15. Proficiency in Git and scripting with PowerShell/Bash.
  16. Experience with continuous integration tools (e.g., GitHub Actions & Workflows).
  17. Familiarity with continuous deployment processes (e.g., Flux).
  18. Familiarity with Windows/Visual Studio.
  19. Experience in Async programming, Data structure, Algorithms.
  20. Previous experience with streaming protocols (e.g., DASH/HLS), video encoding (e.g., AWS Elemental Media Services) or video processing libraries (e.g., ffmpeg) is a plus.
