Audit and assurance professionals play a pivotal role in providing high-quality services to clients, fostering trust and confidence in financial statements and business-critical information. To excel in this position, you must possess advanced technical knowledge, strong analytical skills, and exceptional communication abilities.

Key responsibilities include developing productive working relationships with clients and engagement teams, directing field work, and ensuring timely completion of audit procedures and documentation. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field, with a minimum of 1-5 years of experience in a similar audit practice firm. Experience with Big 4 or Big 10 firms is an added advantage.

The successful Audit and Assurance Senior Associate should demonstrate professional scepticism, integrity, and the ability to take ownership of high-quality audit work. Strong project management skills, excellent written and verbal communications skills, and dedication to teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Additional requirements include experience in accounts preparation under FRS 102, relevant applicable standards, and planning, execution, and reporting on audits of financial statements prepared in accordance with US GAAP and US GAAS, IFRS UK GAAP. A qualified U.S. Certified Public Accounting (CPA) license or sufficient coursework to achieve US CPA certification in the US state of primary work location is also required.
