Electronic Design Expertise

We are seeking a highly skilled electronic design expert to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative technologies. This role involves designing, developing, modifying, and evaluating electronic parts, components, and integrated circuits for various applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and participate in research or technical design activities responsible for designing and developing electronic parts, components, and integrated circuits
  • Make assignments for team members and provide guidance on design projects as needed
  • Evaluate intermediate and final results of projects during the design phase to ensure accomplishment of technical objectives
  • Work with physical designers and monitor progress of IC layout
  • Collaborate with design verification teams to ensure completion of all technical tasks before project kickoff
  • Contribute to roadmap formulation and new concept creation by collaborating with systems engineers, application engineers, and marketing teams
  • Work with validation, product engineering, and test engineering teams to enable successful product launches

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analog and mixed-signal design, with experience in driving innovation and best practices across their organization. They should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex design workloads and delegate tasks effectively.

They must also have a solid theoretical background and practical experience in mixed-signal IC design, including analysis, transistor-level design, and system implementation of basic analog functions such as amplifiers, bandgaps, comparators, LDOs, charge pumps, ADCs, DACs, and switching regulators. Familiarity with simulation tools like SPICE, Spectre, VHDL, etc., is also required.
