Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-priority projects and initiatives.">
  • Provide thought leadership and expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Recruitment Cloud.">
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs.">
  • Design and implement processes to drive business outcomes.">
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.">
  • Identify and develop opportunities for business growth and improvement.">

Requirements

The successful candidate will possess:

  • ">
  • 5-6 years of relevant experience in Oracle HCM Recruitment Module (Talent Acquisition).">
  • Expert-level knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM Recruitment Cloud.">
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.">
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.">
  • Excellent business acumen and understanding of industry trends.">
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.">
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.">
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.">
  • Experience with Agile Methodology and SDLC (DevOps/HPALM/Jira for end-to-end user story management).">
  • Knowledge of AI capabilities and ability to explore new technologies.">
  • Understanding of Talent Management principles and practices.">
  • Excellent reporting and data analysis skills (OTBI/BIP).">
  • Experience working in HRIS departments.">
