Formal Verification Applications Engineering Role

We are seeking a skilled Director Formal Verification Applications Engineering to lead our formal verification applications engineering team.

About This Opportunity
  • Lead a medium to large-sized team of engineers in the development and implementation of formal verification methodologies for complex digital systems.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, designers, and other technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement formal verification methodologies using assertion-based verification and simulation methods.
  • Collaborate with hardware design teams to ensure that designs meet required formal verification criteria.
  • Develop and maintain Unix/Linux automation shell scripts and Tcl/Perl/Python programming skills.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for formal verification.
Requirements
  • EE graduate from a reputable school, with post-graduate qualifications preferred.
  • 15+ years of industry experience in RTL design or verification using simulation-based technologies.
  • 5+ years of experience managing medium to large-sized teams.
  • Expertise in one or more areas such as Formal Property Verification testbench development, floating point arithmetic operations, C/C++, IEEE math libraries, Security architecture, Automotive Safety (FuSa) verification, and Verification signoff with formal.
