Senior Process Associate US Treasury Overview

This Senior Process Associate US Treasury role involves leading the management of cash operations, accounts receivable and payable, and treasury functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage cash operations and treasury processes with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Monitor daily cash positions and reconcile with bank accounts.
  • Support accounts receivable and payable functions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and US accounting/treasury standards.
  • Assist in preparing treasury-related reports for management review.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities in cash management and reporting.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of US Treasury processes and/or AR & AP functions.
  • Very good communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Good understanding of cash management and reconciliation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting/treasury tools.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams.

Shift Timings: Regular 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM (IST)
