As a Freelance Graphic Designer, you will play a vital role in transforming complex financial concepts into captivating visual content that engages millions of people. Your designs will be showcased on various platforms, making your work highly visible.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Daily Social Content Creation: Develop eye-catching social media posts, including Instagram carousels, YouTube thumbnails, and WhatsApp broadcast art that capture the audience's attention.
  • Visual System Management: Maintain and evolve our brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
  • Concept to Creative Execution: Translate content briefs into clear visual narratives, data visuals, and memes that are easy to understand and share.
  • Motion Graphics Support: Create simple motion graphics (titles, lower-thirds, transitions) and edit short reels when needed.
  • Data-Informed Design: Iterate based on performance metrics (shares, saves, CTR, watch time) with rapid A/B tests (e.g., two thumbnail variants).
  • Speed and Quality: Produce high-quality content quickly without sacrificing clarity or brand tone.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the content, copy, and performance teams to align on campaign objectives and timelines.
  • Asset Organization: Maintain a clean and searchable library of design files and templates.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2–5 years of hands-on experience in social design for consumer brands or media (finance/fintech is a plus).
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio of Instagram-first work (carousels, thumbnails, short-form graphics, data illustrations).
  • Proficiency: Proficiency in Figma and Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator); basic After Effects/Premiere for motion.
  • Data Visualization: Comfort with data visualization (turning numbers into clean, digestible graphics).
  • Typography and Layout Fundamentals: Solid understanding of typography and layout fundamentals, with attention to detail and consistency.
  • Ability to Work Under Pressure: Ability to work in fast-paced environments, manage multiple briefs, and deliver on deadlines.
  • Languages: Fluency in English; working knowledge of Hinglish tone for culturally relevant posts.
