Financial Operations Specialist

Our Role:

  1. Post accounting entries and maintain proper books of accounts.
  2. Maintain Petty Cash Entries and Bank Reconciliations.
  3. Prepare workings and file GST / TDS Returns.
  4. Prepare Sales Invoice in ERP and send invoices to customers timely.
  5. Manage accounts payable and receivables.
  6. Book travel and hotel for the organization within budget.
  7. Handle employee reimbursements according to policy.
  8. Keep office supplies, pantry items, and HR joining kit stocked and ensure vendors are paid on time.
  9. Ensure office utilities like AC, internet, electricity, water work properly and payments are done timely.
  10. Renew AMC Contracts for AC, Pest Control, Coffee Machine, etc on time and schedule servicing.
  11. Maintain Expense Bills/Vendor Invoices/Other Documents in physical and scanned form.
  12. Prepare Final Accounts Assist Auditor in completing Statutory and Transfer Pricing Audit.
  13. Perform other accounting/admin tasks as needed.

Requirements:

Graduate or postgraduate in accounting/commerce.
