Job Description:

The role of a Client Relationship Manager involves building, retaining, and growing IT services/staffing accounts. This includes being the single point of contact for clients, ensuring timely delivery with Sales and Recruitment, and driving revenue growth.

This position requires strong communication skills, ability to negotiate, and expertise in contract management. The successful candidate will have experience in client relationship/account management or business development in IT services/consulting or IT staffing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage key accounts by identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and acquiring new logos.
  • Translate client goals into actionable delivery plans, ensuring SLA adherence and quality standards.
  • Oversee Service Level Agreements (SLAs), manage Statements of Work (SOWs)/Master Service Agreements (MSAs), and facilitate negotiations, renewals, invoicing, and collections.
  • Maintain a network of candidates aligned with client demands and improve time-to-fill metrics.
  • Monitor account health, track pipelines, and forecasts, flagging potential risks and driving resolutions.

Requirements:

  • 1–5 years of experience in Client Relationship/Account Management or Business Development in IT Services/Consulting or IT Staffing.
  • Proven track record of revenue growth outcomes and strong stakeholder management.
  • Contract management, negotiation, billing/invoicing exposure.
  • Working knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies, as well as IT hiring cycles.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and Vendor Management Systems (VMS), rate cards, compliance, and SLA governance.
  • Prior recruitment operations exposure, including ATS systems and submittal quality control.
