Highly Skilled Data Engineering Professional

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering and experience with designing, creating, managing, and business use of large datasets.
The successful candidate will partner with business stakeholders to understand their data and reporting requirements, bring data sets together to answer business questions and drive growth. They will design ETLs to ingest the data into the data warehouse and data lake, as well as end-user facing reporting applications.
This role will work closely with new technologies while driving business intelligence solutions end-to-end, from business requirements to data modelling, ETL, metadata, reporting, and dashboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain the information data lake and insight platforms.
- Develop ETLs to ingest data into the data warehouse and data lake.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and development teams to define requirements and deliver flexible, scalable, end-to-end solutions.
- Work with new technologies to drive business intelligence solutions.
- Apply expertise in data engineering and large dataset management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with data transformation using Azure data factory.
- Experience working with Spark and Azure Databricks.
- Ability to balance and prioritize multiple conflicting requirements.
- Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills.
