Job Title: Data Scientist

Seeking a highly skilled data scientist to lead advanced research, analytical, and problem-solving skills to design and implement data-driven solutions that drive strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop sophisticated machine learning and statistical models to solve complex business challenges.
  • Conduct in-depth research and experimentation to innovate and improve data science methodologies.
  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate models into production systems.
  • Perform hypothesis testing, predictive modeling, and optimization to support strategic initiatives.
  • Publish internal technical reports and contribute to research papers/patents.
  • Stay updated with the latest research trends in AI/ML, deep learning, NLP, and data analytics.

Required Qualifications:

  • PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related field.
  • Proven experience in applying machine learning, deep learning, and statistical techniques to real-world problems.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages, with expertise in libraries/frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
  • Proficiency in SQL and working with large-scale data platforms (Hadoop, Spark).
  • Strong background in mathematics, probability, linear algebra, and optimization.
  • Experience with research publication or contribution to open-source projects is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain complex technical concepts.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Exposure to natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
  • Strong domain expertise in specific industries such as healthcare, finance, or retail.
  • Track record of academic publications or patents in AI/ML/Data Science.
