As a Financial Analyst in our Investment Banking team, you will play a critical role in executing transactions and providing financial advisory services for clients globally with a focus on domestic deals. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on high-profile transactions, develop key relationships with clients, and contribute to the growth and success of our investment banking franchise globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop complex financial models, valuations, and analyses to support deal execution.
- Manage due diligence processes, communications, and interactions with deal team members and other advisors.
- Perform comprehensive industry and market research, and company analysis within the consumer and industrial sectors.
- Assist in preparing pitch materials, presentations, and marketing materials for client meetings.
- Collaborate with senior team members in deal origination, structuring, and negotiation.
- Support the execution of cross-border mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, and capital raising activities, and other financial transactions.
Requirements:
- Post-graduate degree in finance, business, economics, or related disciplines.
- 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related fields, working on consumer and industrial transactions.
- Solid understanding of the consumer and industrial sector.
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English is a must.
