Solution Architect - Data Engineering

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect - Data Engineering to design, develop, and deploy enterprise data solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement scalable data solutions using SQL Server, SSIS, ADF, and Azure.
  • Lead development of data pipelines, data marts, and Lakehouse architectures.
  • Collaborate on rapid prototyping, POCs, and cross-functional project planning.
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality, optimized queries, views, and stored procedures.
  • Provide mentoring and technical leadership to junior engineers.
  • Work in Agile teams to deliver features within deadlines.
Requirements
  • Strong hands-on experience in MS SQL, SSIS, ADF.
  • Azure Data Lake and Azure SQL.
  • Expertise in Data Mart/Data Warehouse modeling (Star, Snowflake).
  • 5+ years in writing complex queries, stored procedures, performance tuning.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure mandatory; AWS/Snowflake preferred).
  • Familiarity with source control, REST APIs, JSON, and unit testing.
