Job Title: Crew Accommodation Coordinator

About the Role:
This role is responsible for supporting the department in administrative duties and creating relationships with airline, cruise line, and hotel partners. The position is designed to be a path to the Account Manager role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Learn clients' businesses and support Account Managers in meeting deliverables
- Assist with day-to-day items, such as maintaining spreadsheets and updating databases with information
- Support client communications, including weekly meetings and contract negotiations
- Become knowledgeable about API technology platforms for the Account Management department
- Assist Account Managers with tasks, such as scheduling acknowledgments and managing accounts receivable

Requirements:
- Minimum High School Diploma
- At least 1 year of travel industry experience working closely with airlines and/or hotels
- Strong computer skills, with emphasis on Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service and client relationship skills
- Flexible to work after hours based on business demand
