Deal Strategy Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Deal Strategy Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our deals practice, you will be responsible for providing strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring.

Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to Post Merger Integration/Carve-out/Operational assessment projects
  • Interact with client teams at multiple levels
  • Support business development and practice management initiatives
Qualifications:
  • PMI/Carve-out/operational assessment experience
  • Operational due diligence
  • Strategy and Synergy assessment and tracking
  • Program/project management in large-scale cross-functional projects
  • Management consulting experience preferably in any functional consulting area like HR, Finance, MIS and Reporting, etc.
Requirements:
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Fluency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Team player with ability to work across large teams (internal and external)
