About the role

We're looking for a Business Risk Manager to develop strategies that align with our operational risk frameworks. Someone with a solid understanding of technical risk who can take our risk management to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analysing and understanding the risk profile of our Technology and Product teams
  • Designing, implementing and testing controls to manage and reduce risk
  • Performing risk and control assessments to identify areas for improvement
  • Managing risks proactively to prevent major incidents or breaches
  • Recording and reporting on risk incidents
  • Delivering data-driven risk reports to stakeholders
  • Driving effective implementation of operational risk management policies

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure and operations
  • Understanding of technology product delivery and Agile methodologies
  • Ability to adapt communication style to audience and context
  • Ability to define risk appetite and likelihood

  • Data and SQL skills
