Backend Development Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced backend developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend applications using Python and MySQL.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop efficient and scalable backend systems hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Enhance, maintain, and troubleshoot existing software applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Write clean, testable, and highly scalable code following best practices.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve programming bugs and performance bottlenecks.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in backend development, particularly with web and mobile applications.
  • Strong expertise in Python and MySQL, with proven experience building scalable applications.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), version control, and CI/CD practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to learn quickly.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Understanding of machine learning fundamentals and experience building APIs/services to serve ML models.
