Overview

The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing bakery production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with safety standards.

This role involves managing schedules, coordinating with teams, leading a team of bakers, and implementing continuous improvement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage central kitchen operations, employees, facilities, and costs for optimal dispatch.

• Implement efficient production processes and control operational costs.

• Ensure optimal resource utilization, maintain inventory levels, and deliver high-quality products in forecasted quantities.

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene at all times.

• Establish and maintain effective employee relations, hire employees, conduct training sessions, and perform special projects as assigned.

Candidate Profile

Hotel Management degree, 18 years of experience, and 5 years of relevant leadership experience.

• Multitasker, able to work in stressful environments, excellent communication skills, and ability to manage teams.

• Ability in planning, organizing, analytical, budgeting, and cost control.

• Extensive knowledge and experience in pastry and bakery techniques.

• Ability to mass produce standardized products.
