Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Financial Accountant to manage the firm's financial operations.
The successful candidate will ensure compliance with US taxation and accounting standards for venture capital funds and oversee payroll management for Indian employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Fund Accounting:
- Maintain general ledgers, journals, and financial statements for the fund.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for stakeholders.
- US Taxation Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with US taxation laws for venture capital funds.
- Monitor and stay updated on changes in US tax regulations.
- Payroll Management (Indian Employees):
- Oversee payroll processing for Indian employees.
- Manage salary calculations, bonuses, and deductions.
- Financial Reporting & Analysis:
- Assist in preparing financial reports and audits.
- Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure financial operations comply with relevant regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date records and documentation.
- 4+ years of experience in financial accounting or a related role.
- Experience in payroll management for Indian employees.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- CPA or other relevant certifications preferred.
