About this Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP consultant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and technical consulting.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing HR IT projects, preferably with SAP SuccessFactors. They should possess strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in multinational project teams.

Job Description
  • Plan, manage, and oversee full implementation projects (timeline, budget, quality).
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders (HR, IT, external partners).
  • Create and maintain project plans, status reports, and risk assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with governance, change management, and organizational standards.
  • Prepare and lead workshops, presentations, and decision-making sessions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the technical implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to project teams and business stakeholders, recommending optimal technical solutions based on best practices and system architecture.
  • Serve as the central knowledge holder for SuccessFactors EC within the global HR-IT team.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Design and implement integrations with local systems (e.g., payroll, time management).
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience required.
  • Several years of experience in managing HR IT projects, ideally with SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Proficiency in both agile and traditional project management methodologies.
  • Experience with international rollouts, preferably in Europe.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
