Retail Store Manager Role

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills to effectively manage daily operations of a retail store, ensuring seamless execution of tasks related to inventory tracking, marketing, and customer service.
They should be confident sales ambassadors who can share their best practices to onboard new employees, foster a positive work environment, and drive sales growth.
This candidate should excel in strong management skills and be able to assign duties to relevant employees to maintain store function, promote efficiency, and improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily operations of the business to ensure sales goals are consistently met.
- Direct employees in daily operations such as serving customers, inventory taking, reconciling cash, and managing in-store marketing campaigns.
- Assigns duties to relevant employees based on their strengths and skill levels.
- Conduct hiring and onboarding of new employees, providing comprehensive training and support for successful integration.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
- Track and manage inventory at the store, minimizing stockouts and overstocking.
- 3-5 years of retail and retail management experience with demonstrated ability to train employees and be an effective salesperson.
- Strong customer service, management, and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with colleagues and customers alike.
