About the Role:
Micron Technology is seeking a highly skilled MTS, ASIC Design professional to join our team as a Digital Architect for High-Speed ASIC Design. As a key member of our Mixed-Signal ASIC digital team, you will be responsible for creating cutting-edge DDR PHY architecture, working with Digital, Analog, and DV teams, and leading the physical design of the IP to deliver to ASIC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative DDR PHY architectures and work with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class solutions.
- Pair with domain specialists across geographical locations to drive core technical initiatives.
- Mentor and coach design team members on technical issues and learn design & technology requirements to develop customized flows.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of DDR PHY architecture, JEDEC DDR, and DFI specification, as well as physical design implementation flows.
- Working knowledge of DDR Circuit and Digital design, with good scripting and debugging skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong commitment to working in cross-functional and globally dispersed teams.
Education: BS/BE in Electronics.
Experience: 15+ years in the field.
