We are seeking an exceptional leader to drive our software quality assurance initiatives forward.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing end-to-end test strategies, leveraging expertise in automation frameworks, AI-powered testing tools, and secure software development practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective test strategies for critical business initiatives, showcasing leadership skills and technical expertise.
  • Integrate automation frameworks (e.g. Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) into CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions), ensuring seamless execution.
  • Apply hands-on experience with AI-powered testing and analysis tools (e.g. test generation, risk prediction, smart reporting), driving efficiency and accuracy.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of secure software development and automated security testing practices, protecting against vulnerabilities.
  • Leverage knowledge of Agile, Scrum, DevSecOps, and AI-driven methodologies to drive quality engineering initiatives forward.
  • Employ excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • 10+ years' experience in software quality engineering, including large-scale, complex projects.
  • ISTQB Advanced or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. Azure, AWS) and microservices architectures is highly desirable.

  • Demonstrated AI literacy and eagerness to stay current with advancements in AI and machine learning for quality engineering.
