Job Title: Quality Assurance Lead

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of software requirements and collaborate with the lead/manager to create effective test plans.
  • Design, develop, and implement automated test scripts using Selenium and BDD framework, suggest improvements on the automation framework, and report defects.
  • Execute thorough tests (manual / automated), analyze test results, and track key software testing metrics.
  • Prepare and present detailed test reports, provide training and mentor junior software test engineers, and collaborate with product developers and engineering peers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related fields.
  • 7+ years of professional experience in Software Testing – Manual & Automation and Quality Assurance practice.
  • Experience with Trade Finance platforms and knowledge of database technologies like SQL server, MySQL, etc.
  • Strong expertise in Functional and Non-Functional testing, design and development of Test Automation Framework, and proficiency with Quality Assurance methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to adapt to changes in requirements and learn new tools and practices.
